ANIMALS ANONYMOUS PRESENTATION IN YES
YES students had an interactive experience with various mammals and reptiles when Animals Anonymous visited the YES Centre in Term 3.
During the presentation students got to meet a quokka, sugar glider, salt water crocodile, sea dragon, monitor, carpet pythons and a tawny frogmouth.
Animals Anonymous is a mobile team of wildlife demonstrators and environmental educators whose aim is to raise awareness about Australian wildlife and the importance of conservation of local ecosystems and habitat. The presentation also covered animal adaptations, life cycles, ecology, conservation and threatened species.
